At our early education and care centres we value and have respect for the rights of all children, staff and parents.

We acknowledge that children commence learning from birth. We therefore base our education and care programs on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Standards combined with latest recognised research. Our Approved Provider ensures that strategies and opportunities are provided for parents, who are the primary caregivers and educators of their child. We welcome parents’ interaction with educators and the service so that each parent can confidently embrace the program.   Parents must be assured that that the learning outcomes are achievable for their child and that their child will grow and thrive in our environment. Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each child.

Children learn through their play, interactions, investigation, experimentation, social and emotional relationships and this learning is enhanced by teacher interaction, assessment and planning. Parent interaction and endorsement is vital to the child from settling in to becoming an active learner, involved and social.

Our aim is to ensure that our children from an early age achieve a love of learning and develop their social and emotional skills.
