Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year has created opportunities for the children to discover and learn about the many traditions that occur during this period of celebrations. At our Harbour Town Kindyland centre Ms Amy has been supporting the children by sharing her culture as the children created lanterns and drums. The kindergarten class performed a dragon dance with the props they had created as well as feasting upon the fried rice they had made.
